The Birdsall leaning post is designed for use where a larger unit takes up too much room. It can also be used in a larger center console boat when a larger seat is not needed, and cockpit space is more important. No corners have been cut in the manufacturing of this unit. It still contains the same top-quality craftsmanship and materials as our larger units.
Standard Features Are:
- Designed for small center console boats.
- Standard welded non-skid footrest bar. – An optional folding footrest is available.
- Rear legs designed to convert into two rod holders and can accommodate a backrest.
- Heavy duty nylon adjustable cooler strap.
- Seat hinges forward for access to fiberglass storage tray.
- Seat cushion and backrest are constructed using foam injected PVC board, covered with closed cell foam and upholstered with marine grade vinyl.
