Leaning Post - Leaning post are built to order we do not stock these items in our facility. A typical timeline when placing an order for a leaning post is 2-3 weeks.

T-Tops - T- tops are also a built to order item. Our T-tops are built to fit your boat and center console specifically. A typical timeline when placing an order for a T-Top is 3 weeks.

Rear Bench Seats - Rear bench seats are also a build to order item. We have a measurement chart to ensure you give us the proper measurements for constructing your rear bench seat. Timeframe for building is also 2-3 weeks.

Folding Back Rest - Folding Back Rest are also a custom built item we do not stock. The upholstery portion of the seat is built to order, the time frame for completion depends on our in house upholstery departments workload. Average time is 2 -3 weeks until product ships.

Our Gaff locks are designed to work with Aftco gaffs. In order to make sure you have a proper fitment, measure the distance inside of the gaff loop.

You can find product measurements on each page of our site. We try our best to give you accurate and detailed information on every single Birdsall Marine product.

The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground. Other products such as Leaning Post and Center Consoles are shipped freight due to size restrictions and weight. Typical delivery time is 3 days in the Continental USA.

Truck Line Shipping is used for larger products that exceed UPS box sizes. We shop the lowest rate amongst several different truck lines in order to pass along the savings to our customers. When shipping to residential areas via truck line there is an extra fee for the larger size truck to navigate through residential areas. Please note if you have a commercial delivery address this will save you on the extra fees.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All products which are manufactured by Birdsall Marine are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, failure to maintain properly, negligence, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is void if repairs have been attempted or made by any unauthorized person.

If for some reason your product has a defect within the terms of this warranty, contact Birdsall Marine. If the product is covered by the provisions of this warranty we will repair or replace the product, at our option. If, however, we determine that the repair is not under the provisions of this warranty , the product will be repaired at a reasonable charge for labor and materials. If the defective product is small enough to UPS, send to Birdsall Marine Prepaid.
