The mount has a gimbled butt and a tapered lock mechanism for a steady picture. It comes with a ball and socket quick release camera mount on the top end. This allows you to have the camera at any angle. In the gunnel you can film the release of your catch . With it in the tower you can film someone fighting their catch.
