Horizontal Folding Arms are a top or deck mount application. The 16” arms are designed for flats boat and bay boats to be mounted on the back casting deck and are used to add a backrest to an existing boat. The 9” arms are designed to mount on the transom cap to add a backrest for a folding rear seat. Both mount to 3” x 4.5” plates that will get mounted to the boat, then the arms attach with a knurled knob with a thread stud. A 4” pivoting Delrin disc allows the arms to fold in towards the cushion. This allows the backrest to be removed and stored when not in use. Different size cushions are offered to fit the backrest to your boat. Arms are shipped unattached and get mounting when installing on the boat.
