Stainless Steel plate mounts to boat deck.  It accepts 3 hole pedestals. Pedestal mounts to plate with 3 Allen head, stainless mounting screws. Made with radius edge for above deck installation. Low profile ,easily removable.

I ordered a camera pole that fits in a pole holder on a boat. I realized it had a nock out of the metal. I called Stacy and without hesitation she sent me a replacement all the way in Hawaii.
