A quarter turn of the handle disengages the handles locking pin for easy outrigger deployment. The only one of its kind this “patent pending” product is constructed of aircraft grade anodized aluminum with stainless steel locking components. No metal to metal contact and NO need to lift the outrigger weight for deployment. The outrigger locks itself into position upon retrieval.
