When I purchased the boat it still had the original deck mounted helm chairs that I was anxious to replace. I opted to replace the chairs with a leaning post. My cousin from the Tampa FL area suggested that I look at Birdsall Marine. When I went to the Birdsall website I found exactly what I was looking for and ordering it was a breeze. They shipped it to my office, and did an excellent job of packing it. I bring that up because for a large item that's not always easy and it showed up without a scratch. The price was affordable and the build quality was exceptional. I was able to easily install it myself. I love the storage compartment in the seat as well as the rod-holders.
